Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 August 2026
The service
Mail Toolbox is a browser extension and accompanying website that helps you export, summarize and annotate email conversations in Gmail. We may change or discontinue features, but we will not remove a feature you are actively paying for without notice and a refund of the unused period.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing credentials across a team is not permitted.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Paddle, who act as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Refunds
If the product does not do what this site says it does, write to us within 30 days of payment and we will refund you in full. Credits already spent on AI actions are not refundable, because those costs are incurred on our side at the moment you use them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to process content you have no right to access, to generate deceptive or unlawful messages, or to attempt to extract our prompts, resell our AI capacity, or circumvent credit limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
The service is provided as is. AI output can be wrong — always read a drafted reply before you send it, and verify extracted figures before you rely on them. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We will post any change to these terms on this page and update the date above. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
