Terms of Service

Mail Toolbox (mailtoolbox.xeviora.com) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, installing our browser extension or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Mail Toolbox.

Mail Toolbox is a browser extension for Gmail and an accompanying website. It lets you export the email conversations you open (for example to PDF, Word, Markdown, HTML, EML or plain text), keep private notes on conversations, and get unread-mail alerts. If you sign in, you can also use AI features that summarize, translate, extract data from and triage the conversations you choose, and draft replies to them.

Mail Toolbox never sends email. A drafted reply is placed in Gmail’s own reply box for you to review, edit and send yourself. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf. The extension works with the Gmail session in your own browser and does not request access to your Google account.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. An account is for one person; sharing login credentials is not permitted.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Charges appear on your card or bank statement as “PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA” (or “PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET” for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Paid plans (Pro at $5 per month or $48 per year, and Max at $15 per month or $144 per year) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page (“Manage billing”) or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

AI features use credits. Each AI action costs a fixed number of credits shown on our pricing page (for example, a summary costs 1 credit and a drafted reply costs 2). Every new account receives 30 free credits once; these free credits do not renew. An active Pro subscription includes 600 credits each month and an active Max subscription includes 2,500 credits each month. If an AI action fails, the credits spent on it are returned to your balance automatically.

Credits are prepaid usage units that can only be used within Mail Toolbox to access its features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for any other product or service. Credits are not a stored-value or payment instrument. Credits do not expire while your account is open; they are deleted together with your account. Refunds for purchases that include credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use Mail Toolbox to: break any law; infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy; access content or data you are not authorised to access; violate the terms of third-party websites or services; send spam or unsolicited messages; collect personal data about others without a lawful basis; interfere with or overload our systems; or resell or share the service without our permission. You also agree not to attempt to extract our prompts, resell our AI capacity or circumvent credit limits.

You may not use AI features to create or distribute: content depicting a real person without their explicit consent; face swaps, deepfakes or voice imitations; sexual or adult content; content that infringes intellectual property or trademarks (including other companies’ logos); academic work to be submitted as your own; medical, legal or financial advice; or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. AI output can be inaccurate — verify it before relying on it, and always read a drafted reply before you send it. We may filter inputs and outputs and suspend accounts that violate this section.

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you (for example, to process a conversation you send to an AI feature, or to store notes you sync). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with Mail Toolbox. How we handle email content is described in our Privacy Policy.

Mail Toolbox, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our sites belong to their owners; Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC, and Mail Toolbox is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Mail Toolbox is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using Mail Toolbox and delete your account at any time (email support@xeviora.com to have your account deleted). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
